Machining of bars in Normalized Carbon Steel - Microalloyed vanadium steel with higher yield strength and improved weldability and resilience characteristics - Medium-alloyed steel, hardened and tempered, used for stressed mechanical parts,
GRINDED BARS AND TUBES
Grinding and external chromium plating of seamless precision tubes for mechanical applications, cold drawn as per standard 10305/1. The tubes can be supplied normalized (+N) or stress relieved (+SR) according to the end customer's needs.
Processing of Microalloy Steel tubes, used for stressed mechanical parts.
On request, external grinding and chrome plating of precision tubes welded according to standard 10305/2
An accurate control on the grinding process guarantees the chromium deposit, the roughness, the resistance in the salt spray chamber and the dimensional and shape reading on the worked materials.
All production of bars or tubes is checked before and after chrome plating.
